RESOLUTION NO. �.
WHEREAS, a petition for the approval o_f a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City -of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been presented
to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the Planning -Commission of the City of
Renton has -considered and recommended the approval of said plat and a public hearing
having been held on the petition for the approval of the final plat on October 8,
1958, in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of Renton, and
due notice thereof having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition for
the approval of the final plat was held at such time and date, and the approval
thereof being deemed proper and advisable, and there being no protest to said
petition or approval, NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission of the City of Renton, on October 8, 195-8, pertaining to the following
described property, to -wit:
Albert Balch's President Park No. 10 located in the S, of the
NW -1, and the N, of the SW -14 of the SEk of the NEk of Section 9,
Township 23 North,,Range 5 E.W.M., all located in Renton, King
County, -Washington,
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the City
of Renton.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 21st day of _October, 1958.
