RESOLUTION NO. 0 7
WHEREAS, a:petition for the approval of a preliminary plat for the
subdivision of a certain tract of land within the City Limits of the City of
Renton, as hereinafter more particularly described, has heretofore been pre..
sented to and filed with the City Council; and
WHEREAS, after due investigation the planning commission of the
City of Renton has.considered and recommended the approval of said plat and
a public hearing having been held on said petition for the approval thereof
on or about March 27, 1957, in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall of
the City of'Renton, and due notice having been posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such notice a public hearing on said petition
for the approval of the final plat was held at such time and date, and the
approval thereof being deemed proper and advisable, and there being no protest
to said petition or approval; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
1. The final plat heretofore submitted to and approved by the
Planning Commission of the City of Renton, on March 27, 1957, pertaining to
the following described property, to -wit:
Albert Balch's President Park No. 11, described as
the South half of the Northwest quarter and the
North half of the Southwest quarter, both of the
Northwest quarter of the. Northeast quarter of
Section 9, Township 23 North, Range 5 E. W. M.,
also known as Albert Balch's President Park No. 112
all located in Renton, King County, Washington.
is hereby approved as such plat, subject to the laws and ordinances of the
City of Renton.
