RESOLUTION NO. - 0676
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer the sum of Ten,Thousdnd Dollars ($10,000.00) from the "Water Fund" unto
the "1959 Water and Sewer Construction Fund" which sum shall constitute and be
treated as a temporary loan which shall be repaid not later than 90 days from
date hereof or as soon as proceeds from the sale of said water gnd sewer revenue
bonds become available, whichever occurs first.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this day of June, 1959.
