RESOLUTION NO. ` O l
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The City Clerk and the City Treasurer are hereby authorized
and directed to transfer the sum of $3000.00 from the City's."Houser Way Bridge
Construction Fund" unto the City's "1959 Bond Interest and Redemption Fund"; such
transfer shall be treated and considered as an advance, which sum is required to
pay the first half of the annual interest payment due December 1, 1959; and such
repayment shall be made upon completion of the bridge construction or as soon
thereafter as possible.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 10th day of November, 1959.
