ORDINANCE NO. 1381
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON A11ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 855 AS HERETOFORE
AMENDED, RELATING TO RATES FOR WATER SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIL CITY OF RENTON:
That portion of Section Seven (7) of Ordinance No. 855, as heretofore
amended, which now reads as follows:
"The fees for the installation of water service as hereinbefore
provided shall be as follows:
For a three fourths (3/411) inch connection . . . $20.00
For a one (1") inch connection . . . . . . . . . 23.00
is hereby amended to read as follows:
The fees for the installation of water service as hereinbefore
provided shall be: For a three-fourths inch (3/41) connection the sum
of $35.00; For a one inch (111) connection the sum of $40.00.
All the remainder of said Ordinance and of said Section 7, as the same
have heretofore been amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED by the City Council this 15th day of August, 1950.
