ORDINANCE NO. 1394
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY Or RENTON, WASHINGTON, RE-
PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1359 ENTITLED " An ordinance
of the City of Renton, requiring the licensing of
"shuffle boards" fixing license fees, defining of-
fenses and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
Section 1: That Ordinance No. 1359 entitled "An ordinance of
the City of Renton, requiring the licensing of "shuffle boards "
fixing license fees, defining offenses and providing a penalty for the
violation thereof" be and the same is hereby repealed in full..
Section 2: In lieu of the license fees and regulations pro-
vided for in said repealed ordinance, the regulatiorszRicense .fees,.
as provided for shuffle boards, shall be as established and provided
for in Ordinance No, 1211 and as amended by Ordinances No. 1220, 1233
and 1349.
Section 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and after its: passage, approval and legal publication.
