AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON REGULATING
PARKING OF VEHICLES AND PLACING OF OBSTRUCTIONA ON CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE CITY OF RENTONZ
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parking of vehicles and placing of obstructions on the
following described streets within the City of Renton between the
hours of 3::00 o'clock A.M* and 5:00'o'clock A.M. on each and every day
shall be Drohibited:
Second Avenue from Logan Street to Mills Street
Bronson Way from Main Street to Factory Street
Third Avenue from Rainier Avenue to Mills Street
Burnett Street from Second Avenue to Walla Walla Avenue
Williams Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue
Wells Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue
Main Street from Second Avenue to Grady Way
Mills Street from Bronson Way to Walla Walla Avenue
Section 2: Any person violating this Ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanors and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not
more than $100.00 or imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days.
Section 3: The Police Department of the City of Renton shall be
authorized to impound any vehicles or obstructions violating this
ordinance.
Section, 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five (5)
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
