HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1421e ORDINANCE N o . 1421 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FORBIDDING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF RENTON STREET FROM THIRD AVENUE TO SEVENTH AVENUE, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: There shall be no parking of vehicles on the west side of Renton Street from Third Avenue to Seventh Avenue at any time. Section 2:' That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con- fiict herewith be and are hereby repealed and superceded. Section 3: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty-five 0.'25.00) Dollars. Section li: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage, approval and publication.
