AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
REGiTLATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF
FACTORY STREET FROM SECOND AVENUE NORTH TO BRONSON
WAY AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTOX, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section l: Tnere shall be no parking of vehicles on Factory Street
between Secona Avenue North and Bronson Way between the hours of 4:00 P.M.
to 5:00 P. M. except on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Section 2: That ail Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith be and are hereby repealed and supercecled.
Section 3: Any person violating any provisions of this Ordinance
shall be guilty of misdemeanor ana upon conviction thereof shall be fined
in a sum not exceeding Twenty-t'ive 025.00) Dollars.
Section !+; , This Ordinance small be in full force arid effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
