HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1423ORDINANCE NO. 1423 , AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE NORTH SHE OF HOUSER WAY FROM MILL STREET EASTERLY FOR A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY (270) FEET AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Parking of vehicles on the north side of Houser Way, from Mill Street easterly for a distance of two hundred and seventy (270) feet shall be limited to one (1) hour, between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. on all days, excepting Sundays and holidays. Section 2: That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith be and are hereby repealed and superseded. Section 3.: Any person violating any provisions of this Ordin- ance shall be guilty of misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars, Section 4:: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
