AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST
SIDE OF BURNETT STREET BETWEEN THIRD AND FOURTH
AVENUM AND ON WHITWORTH STREET BETWEEN THIRD
AND FOURTH AVENUE4 AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR
THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Parking of vehicles on the west side of Burnett Street
between Third
and Fourth Avenues shall
be
restricted and limited to one
(1) hour only
from. 8°:00 A.M. to 6:00
P.M.
on week days.
Section 2: That parking of vehicles on the west side and on the
east side of Whitworth Street between Third and Fourth Avenues shall
be restricted and limited to one (1) hour only from 8:00 A.;M, to 6:00 P.M.
on week days.
Section 3: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and are hereby repealed and superseded.
Section 4: Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty -Five
($25.00) Dollars.
Section 5: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after
its passage, approval and publication.
