CONDEMNATION OF. PORTIONS OF GOVERNM6UT
LOTS 4 and 7, IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 172 TOWN-
SHIP 23 NORTH, RANGE 5 E.W.M..IN THE CITY
OF RENTON, KNOWN AS CEDAR RIVER PARK, KING
COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT CAUSE NO. 1 .0308,
AND UNDER . ORDINANCES f ].4l� AND 1.29; ACCEPT-
ING THE CONDEMNATION AWARIE MADE THEREIN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the condemnation Awards as contained in the
"JUDGMENT AND DECREE OF CONDEMNATION't duly entered and filed on the
17th day of April 1952, and
in the "SUPPLEMENTAL ORDER
AND
JUDGMENT
IN CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS"
duly entered and filed on
the
13th day
of June 1952, King County Superior Court Cause No, J 40308, in the
matter of dondemnation of portions of Government Lots 4 and 7, in
the Southwest Quarter. of the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Town-
ship 23 North, Range 5 E.W.M. in tihe City of Renton, King County,
Washingtons known as Cedar River Park, and in pursuance of Ordinances
No. 1415 and. 1429 be and the same are hereby accepted.
Section 2. The Treasurer of the City of Renton is hereby
aithorized and directed to pay the necessary warrants into the regis-
try of the Superior Court of King County in full payment of the Awards
of condemnation as therein made.
