AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON
AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1211, ENTITLED,
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
FIXING THE LICENSE FEES OF PINBALL MACHINES AND
SIMILAR GAMES OF SKILL WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON,
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF,
REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1207 AND ALL OTHER ORDINANCES
AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH."

The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 121.1 entitled:

"An Ordinance of the City of Renton.. Washington fixing the license
fees of pinball machines and similar games of skill within the City of
Renton, Providing a penalty for the violation hereof, repealing Ordinance
No. 1207 and all other ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with."
BE .AND THE SANE IS HEREBY AMENDED BY DELETING THE FOLLOWING WORDS FROM SECTION 1
OF SAID ORDINANCE No. 1211, AS FOLLOWS:
"Provided, however, that while machines operated in any private
club, fraternal organization or service organization club room, shall
not be required to operate under a master license. Said private club,
fraternal organization or service organization shall apply for and obtain
the sub -license provided for herein and shall at all times comply with
all of the terms and conditions of this ordinance, except the provision
as to operating under a master license.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication.
