AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE INTEREST RATE ON
INSTALLMENTS OF ASSESSMENTS TO BE PAID IN
LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 239 CREATED
AND ESTABLISHED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1.28.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, WASHINGTON:
Section 1: The interest rate to be paid on the annual install-
ments of assessments payable in Local Improvement District No. 239 as
created and established by Ordinance No. 1.28, the assessment roll for
which was confirmed and approved by Ordinance No. 1478 is hereby fixed
at the rate of five per cent per annum.
Section 2: This Ordinance thall be in full force and effect after
its passage, approval and legal publication as provided by law.
