BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Existing`Section I of Ordinance No. 1417, as amended. by Ordinance No. 1426, reading as follows: "EXISTING SECTION I: That the following schedule be and the same is hereby adopted as a basis of classification and as a schedule of charges to be paid to and collected by the City of Renton for the services rendered by the City under Ordinance No. 1416. (A) Collection of garbage, refuse and swill from residential dwellings shall be made once each week and charged at the fiat rate of $1.00 per month per residential unit. (B) Collection from business firms and commercial enterprises: 1. Collection of thirty (30) garbage cans or more, or five (5) cubic yards or more bulk load per week from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $20.00 per month. 2. Collection of not less than sixteen (16) or more than twenty-nine (29) garbage cans per week or two and one-half (22) cubic yards or more but less than five (5) cubic yards bulk load per week shall be charged at the rate of $15.00 per month. 3. Collection of not less than nine (9) or more than fifteen (15) garbage cans per week, or one and one-half (12) cubic yards or more but less than two and one-half (22) cubic yards bulk load per week shall be charged at the rate of $10.00 per month. 4. Collection of not less than six (6) or more than eight (8) garbage cans per week or one (1) cubic yard or more but less than one and one-half (12) cubic yardsbulk load per week, shall be charged at the rate of $6.00 per month. 5. Collection of not less than three (3) or more than five (5) garbage cans per week, or one-half (2) cubic yard or more but less than one (1) cubic yard bulk load per week, shall be charged at the rate of $3.50 per month. 6. Collection of less than three (3) garbage cans per week shall be charged at the flat rate of 31.00 per month. 7• Extra service and special collection may be made upon request through the office of the Street Commissioner and the charge for such extra service or special collection shall be at the rate of $10.00 per hour or any fraction thereof." (A) Collection of garbage, refuse and swill from residential dwellings shall be made once each week and charged at the flat rate of $1000 per month per residential unit. (B)Collection from business firms and commercial establishments: 1. Collection of not less than 176 nor more than 200 cans or not less than 26 nor more than 30 cubic yards or more bulkload per creek, from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $100.00 per month. 2. 'Collection of not less than 151 nor more than 175 cans or not less than 22 nor more than 25 cubic yards of 2M bulk load=per week, , from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $87.50 per month. 3. Collection of not less than 136 nor more than 150 cans or not less than 20 nor more than 21 cubic yards of xxv4K bulkload per week, from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $75.00 per month. 4* Collection of not less than.121 nor more than 135 cans or not less than 18 nor more than 20 cubic yards of; mazz bulk load per week, from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $67.50 per month. 5. Collection of not less than 106 nor more than 120 cans or not less than 15 nor more than 17 cubic yards of xx= bulk load per week,, from any one establishment shall be.charged at the rate of $60.00 per month. 6. Collection of not less than 46 nor more than 60 cans or not less than 7 nor more than 8 cubic yards of mma bulk load per geek, from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $30.00 per month. 10. Collection of not less than 31 nor more than 45 cans or not less than 5 nor more than 6 cubic yards ofxmm bulk load per week, from any one establishment shall be charged at the rate of $20.00 per month. 11.
