ORDINANCE NO. 1540
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, PROHIBITING AND RESTRICT-%
"LNG PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET, PROVIDING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 111AYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on Smithers Street between
Third and Fourth Avenues is hereby restricted and limited to two hours
only between the hours of 8 a.m: and 6 p.m. daily, except Sundays and
holidays.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect after its passage, approval, and legal publication.
