ORDINANCE NO. 1558
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING PARKING OF.VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE
VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on the west side of Rainier
Avenue between Second and. Third Avenues is hereby prohibited between
the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Sundays and holidays.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding )'25.00.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 7th day of August, 1956.
