AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL
CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION:I: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the
operation of the Sewage Disposal Fund and to meet certain obligations
and expenditures which were not foreseeable at the time of the adoption
of the 1956 budget, and to preserve public health and sanitation, it is
hereby found necessary for the proper administration, operation and
maintenance of the City and the said Sewage Disposal Fund to transfer
funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided, and such
transfer is in the best public interest.
SECTION II: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed
to make and execute a transfer of funds in the sun of $450.00 from
the classification "Sewage Disposal Fund - Capital Outlay" unto
"Sewage Disposal Fund - Salaries and Wages".
