AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING AND REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES
ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS, PROVIDING PENAL-
TIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI.M MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on the south side of 'Third Avenue
between Wells Street and Main Street is hereby prohibited between the
hours of 4 P. M. to 5 P. M. daily, except Sundays and Holidays.
SECTION II: Parking of vehicles on week -days on the east side
of Main Street from its intersection with Fourth Avenue for a distance
of 100 feet south therefrom is hereby prohibited..
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating any pro-
vision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon convic-
tion thereof shall be fined J-ff, a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
