AN ORDINANCE MF THE CITY OF RENTON$ WASHINGTON,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF.RENTON FROM SUBURBAN
RESIDENCE DISTRICT (S-1) TO RESIDENCE SINGLE
FAMILY DISTRICT_(R-1) AND.R ESIDEAJCE DISTRICT (R-3).
WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1.472, as amended, and the maps
adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described
has heretofore been zoned as Suburban Residence District (S-1); and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 1472, as amended,
a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property
to RESIDENCE SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT (B-1) and Residence District (R-3)
has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Renton, and the
Planning Commission of said City having duly approved such change of
classification after a public hearing having been held thereon by the
said Platining Commission of the City of Renton on October 10, 19562
pursuant.to notice of hearing duly published and posted.as provided
by law, and no protests or objections having been filed or made; NOW
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 The following described property in the City of Renton
is hereby re -zoned and re-classified from SUBURBAN.RESIDENCE DISTRICT
(S-1), to RESIDENCE SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT (R-1) and Rm3 RESIDENCE
DISTRICT (R-3)0 as hereinbelow described; andthe City Engineer..i's hereby
authorized and directed to change the maps of the zoning ordinance of
the City of Renton to show and evidence these changes; said property
being described as follows:
From S-1 to R-1:
Traet 210 less the south 190 ft. of the east 120 ft; and Tract
211 less the north 180 ft. of the east 120 ft; and all of -Tract
213;
From S-1 to R-3 •
The south 190 ft. of the east 120 ft. of Tract 210; and the
north 180 feet of the east 120 ft. of Tract 211;
All situated in C.D.Hillman+s Lake Washington Garden of Eden,
Division No. 4, Located in the -.SE 4„ of the SE4_ of Section_ 5, Twp,
23 N.,RanFe 5 E.W.M.,in the City ofRenton, Wash�n ton.
and said re -zoning is subject to the provisions of Ordin nee No. 102
as amended by Ordinance 1542.

SECTION II: This ordinance -ahall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and l6gal publication.
