AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
REPEALING CERTAIN.OBSOLETE_.ORDINANCES .
WHEREAS, the City of Renton is now engaged in the codification
of its general ordinances, and in compiling, revising, and editing
same, and it has been determined and established that the Ordinances
below listed are obsolete, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following numbered Ordinances of the City
of Renton are hereby repealed (together with any Ordinances or
parts of Ordinances by them previously repealed) to -wit: Ordinances
Nos. 101, 249, 253, 255, 324, 400, 41o, 419, 424, 438, 441, 464,
465, 526, 528, 785, 8690 968, 997, 1032, 1038, 1040, 1091, 1118,
1190, 1191, 1304, 1315, 1381 and 1418.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be effective from and
after its passage, approval and publication.
