ORDINANCE NO. /00
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REN -TON, WASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING THE PARKING OF _VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREET IN THE CITY. OF RENTON: PROVID-
ING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOIATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: No vehicles shall be parked or allowed to
remain parked more than two hours continuously on any day on
the following portion of street, to -wit:
On Third Avenue between Renton and Mill Streets
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding
Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00).
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its approval, passage and publication.
