HERE- TOFORE AMENDED BY ORDINANCES NO. 121.4.0 and 1L�45, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO TRAFFIC AND REGULATING THE USE.OF PUBLIC STREETS AND HIGHWAYS IN THE.CITY.OF RENTON; PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLA- TION., REGULATION ,AND CONTROL .OF THE USE OF PARKING METERS AND..PARKING METER.ZONES; DEFINING PARKING METER.ZONES; AUTHORIZING A METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR PARKING METERS AND THE INSTALLATION THEREOF.EX- CLUSIVELY FROM THE RECEIPTS OBTAINED.FROM THEIR OPERATION; PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF; CREATING A PARKING METER FUND, AND. DECLARING AN EMERGENCYt'. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON: SECTION I: Section 2 or Ordinance No. 11.43 as heretofore amend- ed by Ordinances No. 1240 and 14.14.5, said amended section reading as fol- lows: "The following described streets in the City of Renton are here- by designated and established as parking meter zones, to -wit: Third Avenue from Shattuck Street to Mill Street. Williams Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue. Wells Street beginning at a point approximately 235 feet south of the intersection of Commercial Water- way No. 2 south right-of-way line and continuing south on Wells Street to Fourth Avenue. Main Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue. BE_ AND THE SAME IS HEREBY FURTHER AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: SECTION II: The following described streets in the City of Renton are hereby designated and established as parking meter zones, to -wit: Third Avenue from Shattuck Street to Mill Street. Second Avenue from Mill Street to Main Street. The west side of Mill Street beginning at approx- imately 100 feet iiorth of the intersection of Bronson Way and Mill Street and continuing north to Second Avenue. Main Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Avenue. Williams Street beginning at a point approximately 14.70 feet south of the boundary of Commercial Waterway District No. 2 (now owned,by the City of Renton) and continuing south on Williams Street to. -Fourth Avenue. Wells Street, beginning at a point approximately 235 feet south of the boundary of Commercial Waterway Distrizat No. 2 (now owned by the City of Renton) and continuing south on Wells Street to Fourth.Avenue. Burnett Street from Second Avenue to Fourth Ave ue. Walla Walla Atenu& from Main Street to Burnett treet. -1- SECTION III: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
