AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, vJASHINGTON,
RESTRICTING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN
DESIGNATED STREETS IN THE CITY.OF RENTON; PROVID-
ING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: No vehicles shall be parked or allowed to
remain parked between the hours of 5:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily,
except Sundays and Holidays on Park Street between Sixth Avenue
North and Eighth Avenue North, a distance of 1,285 feet more or less.
SECTION II: Parking of vehicles on Logan Street between
Sixth Avenue North and the northerly terminus of said Logan Street
is hereby restricted and limited to one hour only, except as
otherwise posted on said street, daily, except Sundays and Holidays.
SECTION III: Any person, firm or corporation violating
any provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor
and upon conviction thereof shall be fined a sum not exceeding
$25.00.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect, from and after its approval, passage and publication.
