AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON,
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF RENTON.FROM BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1)
T0. TRAILER PARK (T)
WHEREAS under Ordinance No. 1472, as amended, and the maps
adopted in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described
has heretofore been zoned as BUSINESS.DISTRICT (B-1); and
WHEREAS under the provisions of the aforementioned Ordinance,
as amended, a. proper petition for change of zone classification of said
property to TRAILER PARK (T) has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Renton, which petition was then duly submitted to the Planning
Commission for investigation and study and a public hearing having
been held thereon by said Planning Commission on Msy 22, 1957, in the
Council Chambers of the City of Renton, all pursuant to notice of
hearing duly published and posted as provided by law, and said Planning
Commission having duly considered and studied said petition and
having recommended to the City Council to rezone said property as
requested, and the City Council having duly considered the matter
and determined that such rezoning would be in the public interest,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described parcel of property in
the City of Renton is hereby rezoned to TRAILER PARK (T); and the City
Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the
zoning ordinances of the City of Renton to show and evidence these
changes; said property being described as follows:
The South 400 feet of the East One-half'(-!) of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the
Southeast Quarterfof Section 9, Township 23 North,
Range 5 E.W.M., all located in Renton, King County,
Washington.

SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
