ORDINANCE N0. 1656
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROHIBITING,
RESTRICTING AND REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED
uTREETS;-PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on the East side of Logan Street between
Tobin Street and Airport Way is hereby prohibited at all times except Sundays and
Holidays.
SECTION II: Parking of vehicles on the West side of Garden Street between
Bronson Way North and Second ,Avenue North is hereby prohibited, except Sundays and
holidays; parking of vehicles on the East side of Garden Street between Bronson Way
North and Second Avenue North is hereby limited and restricted to two hours of parking
only.
SECTION III: Parking of vehicles on Park Street between Fourth Avenue North
and Sixth Avenue North between the hours of 5:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. daily, except Sun-
days and holidays, is hereby prohibited.
SECTION IV: The Street Commissioner of the City of Renton is hereby author-
ized and directed to post the proper signs and markings on the aforementioned streets
designating the "No Parking" and restricted parking areas.
SECTION V: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this
Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined
in a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION VI: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage, approval and legal publication..
