AN ORDINANCE OF THE. CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 5"904 OF TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO, 16282 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES;OF THE CITY
OF RENTON".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY :OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: Existing Section 5-904 of Title V (Business Regulations)
of .Ordinance No, 16280 entitled,11CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES'OF THE CITY OF
RENTON" reading as follows:
115-904: .LICENSE FEES: The license fees to be charged hereunder
shall be and .are $5,000.00 per year, for a master license; and
$10.00 per month for sub«license. Provided, however, that each
master license must carry and pay for at least. thirty-five (35)
sub=licenses. The license period for a master license shall begin
January 1st and end December 31st of each year. The license period
for a sub»license shall begin on the first day of the month and end
on the last day of such month. No license shall be issued for a
fractional period. (Ord. No. 1233 12-4"1945)'
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ.AS FOLLOWS:
"5«904 AS AMENDED: LICENSE.FEES: The license fees to be charged here-

month for a sub»license, provided, however, that each master license must carry and
pay for at leastlthirtywfive (35) sub -licenses. The license period for a master
license shall begin January 1st and end December 31st of each year. The license
period for a sub -license shall begin on the first day of the month and :end on
the last day of such month. No license shall be issued for a fractional period*"
SECTION II: This.Ordinance shall be in full force and .effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
