AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 5-2202 OF TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1628,. ENTITLED "CODE.OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,.
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing Section 52202 of Title V (Business Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628, entitled "CODE .OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON",
reading as follows:
115»2202: LICENSE FEE: The license for operating, conducting or
maintaining any theatre or moving picture show within the City
limits of the City, shall be.the sum of fifty dollars ($50..00)
per annum „ payable in advance upon the issuance of a license
so to do."
BE AND THE -SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS .FOLLOWS:
115.-2202, AS AMENDED: LICENSE FEE: The license for operating, conducting or
maintaining any theatre or motion picture show within the City limits of Renton, shall
be the sum of twelve dollars ($12.00) per annum, for each such theatre or motion
picture_ theatre,, payable in advance upon the issuance of aaid license."
SECTION II: This Ordinance .shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
