AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,.WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 5.1004 OF TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE.
NO. 1628,;AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1659, ENTITLED "CODE OF
GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON+1.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Existing.Section 5.1004 of Title V (Business.Regu.lations)
of:Ordinance No. 1628, entitled-MCODE. OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF RENTON".'
as amended by Ordinance No. 1659, reading as follows.:
"5F1004: FEES.AND DISPLAY -OF LICENSE: The license fee to be paid
hereunder for each,nshuffleboard" shall be the sum of $10.00 per
month, or an annual license fee for each -"shuffleboard', of.$120.00.
Each license issued hereunder shall be kept and prominently dis-
played on or in close proximity to the "shuffleboard" licensed
thereunder .and at the location for which same has been issued."
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
«5«1004 AS AMENDED: FEES AND DISPLAY OF LICENSE: The license fee to
be paid hereunder for each 0shuffleboard• shall be the sum of $5.00 per month,
or an annual license fee for each (shuffleboard' of :$60.00. Each license issued
hereunder shall be kept and prominently displayed on or in close proximity to the
Ishuffleboardf licensed thereunder and at the location for which same has been issued.#'
SECTION II: This .Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after April 1, 1958, and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
