.ORDINANCE NO.. I6 /
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING
FOR TRANSFER.OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES ANDEXPENDITURES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: For the purpose of providing :additional funds for the main-
tenance and operation of the below mentioned department and in order to meet
certain obligations and expenditures which were not foreseeable at the time of
the adoption of the 1958 Budget, it is hereby found necessary for the proper ad-
ministration, operation and maintenance ofthe.City and said department totransfer
funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided and as authorized by Chapter
322 of the 1955 Session Laws of the State of Washington, and such transfers are
hereby found to be in .the public interest.
SECTION II: The City Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
make and execute the following transfer of funds, to -wit:,
(a) To transfer the sum of .$600.00 from „Police Department,
Salaries and Wages" unto "Police Department,.Capital Outlay".
SECTIONXII: This Ordinance shall be in full force and 'effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
