AN ORDINANCE OF THE.CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
CHAPTER 3, OF TITLE VIII (HEALTH AND SANITATION) OF
ORDINANCE NO. 1628 ENTITLED "CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF RENTON"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL.OF THE CITY
OF RENTON as follows:
SECTION I: Any and all reference to the office of Street Commissioner, in
Chapter 3, of Title VIII (Health and Sanitation) of Ordinance No. 1628, entitled
"Code of General Ordinances of the.City of -Renton" is hereby deleted and stricken,
and in lieu thereof the office of Superintendent of Utilities is substituted and
said Superintendent of Utilities shall direct and supervise the collection and
disposal of all garbage, refuse and swill as set forth in said .Chapter 3, of
Title VIII.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
