HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1712s _ 1 ORDINANCE NO. / T"' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING AND REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES.ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREET; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on .Park Street commencing at the intersection of Fourth Avenue North to t is hereby restricted to two (2) hours daily, except that there shall be no parking of vehicles of any kind between the hours of 6900 to 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 to 6:00 P.M. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not exceeding Twenty-Five_Dollars ($25.00). SECTION III: Section 10-504,.sub-section (i) of Title X (Traffic) of Ordinance No. 1628, entitled x+CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES;OF THE CITY -OF RENTONâ–ş' and any and all other Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION IV: This .Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and legal publication. PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this &#-day of December, 1958.
