AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING
AND REGULATING THE.SPEED LIMIT ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS;
PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE.VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle
to operate the same in excess. of twenty (20) miles per hour on the following
described streets, to -wit:
On Bronson Way North from its. intersection with Sunset
Boulevard and Maple Way to its intersection with 4th
Avenue North; and on Ath Avenue North from its intersec-
tion with Bronson Way North to Lakeview Avenue.
SECTION II: Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined a .sum not exceeding $100.00.
SECTION III: Any and all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
SECTION IV: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
