AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE
CITY OF RENTON FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R_1) TO
BUSINESS PARKING (B -P).
WHEREAS, under Ordinance 1472, as amended, and the maps adopted

in conjunction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore
been zoned as SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R-1); and
WHEREAS, under the provisions of the aforementioned Ordinance, as
amended, a proper petition for change of zone classification of said property
to BUSINESS PARKING (B -P) has been filed with the City Clerk of the City of
Renton, on or about January 5, 1959, which Petition was then duly submitted
to the Planning Commission for investigation, study and hearing, and a public
hearing having been held thereon on or about February 11, 1959, in the Council
Chambers of the City of Renton, all pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly pub-
lished and posted as provided by law, and said Planning Commission having duly
considered and studied said petition, and there being no oral or written protest
thereto, NOW THEREFORE,
BE. IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The following described parcel of property in the City
of Renton is hereby rezoned to BUSINESS PARKING (B -P) as specified below;
and the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps
of the zoning ordinance of the City of Renton to show and evidence these
changes; said property being described as follows:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 192 Town off,��on, also known as
412 Williams Street, all located inAking County, Washing-
ton.
and said rezoning to be subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of Renton
and in compliance with the plans and specifications heretofore submitted by
petitioner -owner of said property.
Section II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
