AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, RESTRICTING
AND REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON A CERTAIN DESIGNATED
STREET; PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: Parking of vehicles on Third Avenue between Rainier
.Avenue and Main Street is hereby prohibited between the hours of 4:00 P.M.

and 5:30.P.M. daily, except Sundays and holidays.
SECTION II: Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision
of this Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in a sum not exceeding $25.00.
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on.;and
after the � 7 day of April, 1959, and after its passage, approval and legal
publication.
