AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, AMENDING
SECTION 5«1805 of TITLE V (BUSINESS REGULATIONS) OF ORDINANCE
NO. 1628.ENTITLED $'CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
RENTON".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
AS FOLLOWS':
SECTION I: Existing,Section 5»1805 of Title V (Business Regulations)
of Ordinance No. 1628 entitled J'Code of General Ordinances of the City of Renton"
reading as follows:
ftSection 51805: HOURS OF -CLOSING: It shall be unlawful to
operate any bowling alley,.billiard hall or pool room except
between the hours of 8 A.M. and 1 A.M., provided however,
that all such bowling alleys, billiard halls and pool rooms
shall be closed at midnight on. Saturday."
BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Section 5«.1805 AS AMENDED: HOURS OF CLOSING: It shall be unlawful to
operate any billiard or pool table located in any billiard or pool hail or to
conduct any public card room except between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 1:00 A.M.;
provided, however, that any such operations shall be closed oin Svridayk,,-and att-r..: 'r r
midnight on.Saturdays.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
