I %� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF RENTON FROM SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R1) TO RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R3). WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 1472, as amended, and the maps adopted in con" junction therewith, the property hereinbelow described has heretofore been zoned as SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT (Rl); and I WHEREAS, under the provisions of the aforementioned'Ordinance, asamended, a proper petition for change of zone -classification of said property to RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R3) has been filed with the City clerk of the.City of Renton on or about May 13, 1959, which petition was then duly submitted to the.Planning.Commission for investigation, public hearing and study, and a public hearing having been held thereon on or about .May 27, 1959, in the Council'Chambers of the City of Renton, all pursuant to Notice of Hearing duly published and posted as provided by law, and said .Planning Commission having duly. considered and studied said petition and ther&rbetng-°.noipgo_ tests thereto, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I: The following described parcel of property in the City of Renton is hereby rezoned to RESIDENCE DISTRICT (R3) as specified below; the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to change the maps of the zoning ordinance of the City of Renton to evidence this rezoning; said property being described as follows: Lots 1 through 3, and 14 through 16, Block 19, and Lots 1 through 13, Block 18, all,of Latimer's Lake Park Addition to the City of:Renton,"all located in Renton, King County,.Washington, said rezoning to be subject to the laws and ordinances of the City of.Renton and in compliance with the plans and specifications heretofore submitted by Petitionerm owner of said property. SECTION II: This -Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from.and I after'its passage, approval and legal publication.
