ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR
TRANSFER OF FUNDS BETWEEN GENERAL CLASSES AND EXPENDITURES,
BES-9RDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON AS
SECTIONII: For the purpose of providing additional funds for the maintenance
and operation of the below mentioned Department .and in order to meet certain obligations
and expenditures which could not be foreseeable at the time of the adoption of the 1959
Budget, it is hereby found necessary for the proper administration, operation and benefit
of the City to transfer funds between general classes as hereinbelow provided and .as f
authorized by Chapter 322 of the 1955 Session Laws of the .State of Washington, and
such transfer is hereby found to be in the public interest.
SECTION II: The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to make and
execute the following transfer of funds, to«wit:
FROM: Sewer Department Fund
Sewer Administrative Account No. 7092.11-
(1954 Revenue Bonds) $ 500,00
UNIO: Sewer Department Fund
Sewage Transmission Account No. 7092.12
(Capital Outlay) $ 500.00
SECTION III: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication.
