AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FIXING
THE INTEREST RATE ON INST,ALMTS OF ASSESSMENT TO BE
PAID IN LOCAL IM ROVEYRNT DISTRICT NO. 213 CREATED AND
ESTABLISHED BY RES=TION NO. 992,AND ORDINANCE N0.1767
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RENTON AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The interest rate to be paid on the annual instalments of
assessments payable in Local Improvement District No. 243 as created and
established by Resolution No. 992 and Ordinance No. 1767, the assessment
roll for which was confirmed and approved by Ordinance No. 1807 is hereby
fixed at the rate of 5% per annum.
SECTION II: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval and legal publication as provided by law.
