ING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1211 'ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WA'SHLNGTON, FIXING
THE LI CENSE FEES OF PIN -BALL IVIAM INES AND SITff LAR
GAINIES OF SKILL 1ITHI-N THE CITY OF RENTON, PROVIDING
A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS HEREOF, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 1207 AND ALL OTTER ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT IIEREITITH", and REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 1220. '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF RENTON:
Section 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1211 reading
as follows: IAn application for such master license shall be
made to the City Clerk in such form and'shall contain such in-
formation as the City Clerk may require. Upon approval by the
City Council and payment of master license fee to the said
Treasurer,the City Clerk shall issue the master license. No
persons of questionable moral character shall be entitled to
hold su h license,. nor shall any such license be issued to
anyone perating similar Machines in King County, 'Viashington,
under license issued by King C.ounty Commissioners. The holder
of each master license_ shall be authorized, to operate up to
40 pin ball machines or games of skill in the City of Renton,
provided that each such machine or game shall require a valid
sub -license as herein provided, which shall be attached in
plain view to such machine or game. No sub -license will be
issued for a machine or game to be installed in or on any
location which in the opinion of the City Council shall be
unsuitable for the operation of such machine oR gamey', be and
the same hereby is repealed and re-enacted to read as follows:

Section is Ordinance No. 1220, and all other ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance; shall be in full Force and effect five days
from and after its passage, approval and publication.
