ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISILVIENT OF
ZONING REGULATIONS IN AREAS HERETOFORE AND HERE-
AFTER ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF RENTON
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON
That all areas heretofore or hereafter annexed to
the City of Renton shall retain and are hereby assigned
the same zoning status as had previously been assigned
under the regulations, ordinances and resolutions of the
County of King, State of Washington, prior to the annex-
ation thereof, and shall retain such zoning status until
changed by affirmative action of the City of Renton. This
Ordinance shall not apply to annexed areas which have here-
tofore been assigned a zoning status by the City of Renton.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
