AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL OF LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO.
231 FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THIRD PLACE IN THE CITY OF
RENTON BY PAVING, UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1353: LEVYING
AND ASSESSING THE AMOUNTS THEREOF AGAINST THE SEVERAL
LOTS AND PARCELS OF LAND AND OTHER PROPERTY AS SHOWN
ON SAID ROIL; AND ESTABLISHING A LOCAL IMPROVELENT
FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON:
Section I: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District No. 231 for the improvement of Third Place
and parts of other streets and avenues, in the City of Renton by
paving same, under Ordinance No. 1353, as the same now stands,
be and the same is hereby in all things approved and confirmed;
no objections thereto having been received at hearing duly held
thereon.
Section 2: That each of the lots, tracts, parcels of land,
and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to
be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the
amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing
against the same is in proportion to the several assessments
appearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed
against each such lot, tract, parcel of land, andother property
appearing upon such roll, the amount finally char)3ed against
the same thereon.
Section 3: For the purpose of this improvement there is
hereby created anlestablished a special fund to be called "Local
Improvement Fund, District No. 231".
Section 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
