AN ORDINANCE OF TIS CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CHANGING
THE CLASSIFICATION; OF LOTS FIV -1] TO NINE, INCLUuIVE, IN BLOCK ONE
OF W`-EFANC'S ADDITION TO CITY OF RENTON FROM RESIDENTIAL TO
C01,2IERCIAL USE DISTRICT.
WHEREAS under Ordinance No. 1164 and the maps adopted in con-
juction therewith, as amended, Lots Five to wine, inclusive, in
Block One of Wefa.nc's Addition to the City of Renton have hereto-
fore been zoned as residential use district; and
WHEREAS under the provisions of Section XV of afcresaid ord-
inance a proper petition for change of zone classification of said
lots to commercial use district has been filed with the Clerk of
the City of Renton, and the Planning Commission of said City having
recommended such change of classification, and public hearing
having been held on said petition by the City Council pursuant to
notice regularly published, and no ,rrotests having begin filed,----

now, therefore
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Lots Five, Six, Seven, Eight and Nine, inclusive,
in Block One, Wefanc's Addition to the City of Renton, are hereby
rezoned and reclassified as a Commercial Use District, and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to change the maps of the zoning
ordinance of the City to show this change.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days from and after -its passage, approval and legal publi-
cation according to law.
Passed by the City Council this 3rd day of February 1948.
