ORDINANCE N0.
AN ORDINANCE of the City of Renton designating Fourth Avenue North
as an arterial highway, and providing for erection of appropriate
traffic signs thereat.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Fourth Avenue North from Williams Street North to
Railroad Avenue in the City of Renton is hereby designated as and
declared to be an arterial public highway.
Section 2: The Superintendent of Streets is hereby authorized
to erect and install appropriate stop signs and other traffic and
street markers along said Fourth Avenue North to indicate an arterial
highway and other suitable traffic directions.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days after its passage, approval and publication.
Passed by the City Council this 20th day of April, 1948.
