AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, ADOPTING A CITY
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1949.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENTONI WASH-
INGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Budget for the City of Renton for the year
1949 prepared and filed with the City Clerk and as approved by vote of
the City Council this date after due notice and hearing be, and is
hereby in all respects ratified and adopted as such Budget, same being
by this reference incorporated herein as if fully set forth.
SECTION 2: That there be and are hereby allowed and established
the following total sums for expenditure in each of the following
classifications in said 1949 Budget, to -wit:
Salaries and wages
Maintenance and operation
Capital Outlay
Bond & Interest Redemption Funds
Cumulative Reserve Fund 1182
Cumulative Reserve Fund 1183
Cumulative Reserve Fund 1184
Total Expenditures
Less Receipts from sources other
than Taxation
Total to be raised by Taxation
Expenditures to be made from bond
issues not yet authorized (for
Swimming Pool)
Total Expenditures

SECTION 3: That a copy of the Budget as hereby adopted be trans-
mitted to the office of the State Auditor of Washington, Division of
Municipal Corporations.
SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five (5) days from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
Passed by the City Council this 6th day of October 1948.
