ORDINANCE NO . 1329
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF R.ENTON, WASHINGTON, EXTENDING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE THIRD WARD OF SAID CITY TO INCLUDE CERTAIN
ANNEXED PROPERTY ON EARLINGTON HILL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RENON,
-WASHINGTON:
SECTION I: All of that territory which was annexed to the
City of Renton by and under Ordinance No. 1320 of said City,
heretofore known as "Earlington", specifically described in said
Ordinance No. 1320, reference being had thereto, and said des-
cription being incorporated herein by this reference, which
annexed territory is contiguous to the Third Ward of said City of
Renton, be and the same hereby is attached to and made part of
the Third Ward of the City of Renton, and same shall constitute
and be known and described as the Third Precinct of said Third
Ward.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and after its passage, approval and publication.
Passed by the City Council this 2d day of November 1948.
