AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, CONSOLIDN ING
CERTAIN ANNEXED TERRITORY INTO THE CONTIGUOUS WARD AND PRECINCT,
CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID WARD AND PRECINCT ACCORDINGLY,
,AND AMENDING ORDINANCE No. 1247 ACCORDINGLY:
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. All of that territory annexed to the City of.
Renton by, and described in, Ordinance No. 1293, is hereby added
to and shall comprise a portion of the Third Precinct of the
First Ward of the City of Renton; and the boundaries of said
First Ward and Third Precinct thereof are hereby modified and
enlarged to embrace all of said annexed territory; and Ordinance
No. 1247 of the City of Renton providing for the division of
the City of Renton into First, Second and Third Wards and dividing
said Wards into Precincts is hereby amended to conform herewith.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be effective five days
from and after its passage, approval and p-ablication as provided
by law.
