AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, FORBIDDING
THE PARKING UPON THE EAST SIDE OF CEDAR STREET, AND THE NORTH SIDE OF
3RD AVENUE FROM MILL STREET TO RENTON AVENUE, OF ANY MOTOR VEHICLE.
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows:
Section 1: That at no time shall parking of motor vehicles
be allowed on the East side of Cedar Street and the North side of 3rd
Avenue, between Mills Street and Renton Avenue.
Section 2.: Any person, firm or corporation violating any
of the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
onconviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $25.00.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
five days from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
