AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTvN, WASHINGTON, CHANGING THE
CLASSIFICA`I'IvN OF LOTS, 19, 202 21, and 22, BLOCK 4, RENTON REAL
ESTATE ADDITION, and LOTS 18, 19 and 20, BLOCK 5, RENTON REAL ES'TA'TE
ADDITION TO RENTON, FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO COMA ERCIAL USE DISTRICT.
WHEkEA.S, under Ordinance No. 1164,an6 the maps adopted in
Renton
,conjunction therewith, Lots 19, 209 21, and 22, Block 4,/Real Estate
Renton
Addition to Renton, and Lots 18, 19 and 20, Block 5,/Real Estate Addition
to Renton, were zoned as residential, and
WH.N?,EA,->, under the provisions of Section XV, proper petition for
change of zone classification to commercial was filed; the Planning
Commission having concurred in such change and public- hearing having
been held and no protests having been filed, now therefore
The City Council of the city of Renton, Washington, do ordain -
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Lots 19, 20, 21, and 22, Block 4, Renton Real
Estate Addition to Renton, and Lots 18, 19, and 20,Block 5, Renton Real
Estate Addition to Renton, be classified as Commercial Use and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to change the maps of the zoning ordinance
of the City to show this change.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
days from and after its legal publication, passage and approval.
