AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON, REPEALING
ORDINANCE #1149.
The City Council of the City of Renton, Washington, do ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance #1149, passed and approved on the 17th
day of March, 1942 and entitled, "AN ORDINANNCE OF THE CITY OF RENTON,
WASHINGTON, ORDERING THE INSTALLATION OF METMM SERVICE TO ALL Cl2i
WATER CONSUYMRS IN THE CITY OF RENTON, WASHINGTON" , be and t he s ame
hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect five
(5) days from and after its passage, approval and legal publication.
